WHEELCHAIRS FOR PWDS, GUJRANWALA

Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited partnered with CHAL foundation to provide wheelchairs to differently-abled persons in Gujranwala. The event was organized at the inauguration ceremony of Dr. Farouq Ahmed Rehabilitation Centre, Sharif Welfare Hospital, Shalimar Town Gujranwala. More than 35 Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) from underserved communities were provided wheelchairs in an effort to improve their mobility and pave a path for their reintegration into society.

EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE STUDENTS OF SHAHKOT

Khushhali Microfinance Bank believes that Education is instrumental to community development and poverty alleviation. KMBL’s team visited the Government Boys High School, Wali Pur Bura Chak #175 R/B Tehsil Shahkot, District Nankana Sahib. KMBL’s team encouraged the students and presented hundreds of school bags, stationery and gifts to the deserving students.

CLEAN AND GREEN DRIVE - GAHKUCH

In another effort towards Environmental awareness and protection, Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited partnered with District Administration Ishkoman, Ghizer District Gilgit Baltistan and initiated a cleanliness drive. The main objective of the campaign is to sensitize the public regarding the pollution caused by littering. To improve the collection and disposal of waste and to avoid littering, KMBL also provided waste bins that will be installed in Gahkuch Market.

Drinking Water for the People of Chiniot

Helping our communities across Pakistan to access drinking water is one of our ambitions and we are striving to provide this basic necessity to as many people as we can. Access to clean water changes everything; it’s a stepping stone to good health and development. Khushhali Microfinance Bank through its CSR program 'Drinking Water for Khushhali' aims to help our communities in accessing safe drinking water. Under this program, a hand pump was installed ThathaFeteh Ali, Tehsil Bhowana, District Chiniot to help the community in accessing the drinking water.

Celebration of International Day of Rural Women

Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited (KMBL) celebrated the International Day of Rural women by organizing a stitching training for women at Chak 367 Jalianwala, TehseelGojra of Punjab. The training was organized in collaboration of Society for Human Development. The theme for this year's International Day for Rural Women was: 'Rural women - Cultivating good food for all'. The bank salutes the resilience and contribution of rural women and believes that women in rural areas can increase their productivity and earnings by learning and developing new skills.

Enterprise Development Training for Women

Khushhali Microfinance Bank in collaboration with JAQ Education Trust and Mera Maan Private Ltd technical experts started the Enterprise Development Training at the JAQ's "Women Skill Development Center".
